Commercial & Structural Welding: how we handle it

Commercial work runs on schedules and drawings. When a contractor or property manager needs steel work done, it has to be measured right, built right and installed without holding up the rest of the job.

Our commercial work includes ramp handrails along a storefront walkway, steel interior window frames, and repairing a steel door frame that had rusted out at the floor. We measure and sketch it on site, build it, and finish it clean.

Common problems we fix

  • Handrails and ramps

Steel pipe rails on walkways and ramps, both sides, with closed returns.

  • Steel frames

Interior steel framing, window frames and supports built to your measurements.

  • Storefront and door frames

Rusted or damaged steel door and storefront frames, repaired and refinished in place.

  • Sheet metal

Covers, panels, flashing pieces and other sheet metal work.

  • Structural repairs

Cracked welds and damaged steel members on existing structures.

  • Punch-list welding

The small steel items on a job that still need doing.
